Position requirements and skills

• Minimum bachelor's degree and/or business-related work experience
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Dynamic and creative approach to training
• Openness to web-based, blended and live instruction
• Native-fluent in the language you wish to teach

Initial Blended Instructor Training provided, with ongoing net-based teaching support and local coaching.

Requirements:

Native born speakers.
Academic background or equivalent.
Previous teaching experience preferred but not essential.
Own computer, Windows-based PC or laptop
(Macintosh systems are not compatible), headset and microphone.
Shift work from home.
Excellent communication skills - dynamic personality, ability to be creative and flexible.
